Website Name Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your goods purchased, you can return them to us in a new and unused condition, in the original packaging within 7 days of receiving them and we will refund you in full.  This does not affect your statutory rights. To return goods please notify us by email and include your name and order number.

Delivery 
We aim to deliver your order within 5 - 7 working days after payment has cleared, however if any item ordered is out of stock we will notify the customer of the expected delivery schedule and the customer will have the choice to wait for the item or cancel the item from the order. Parcels may need to be signed for on delivery. We do not accept liability for any delayed or damaged, tampered with, or lost or missing parcels.
